It seems everyone in the state Capitol has an opinion on skill games. Unfortunately, some don’t know the facts or are purposely spreading falsehoods to mislead the public.

Louisville, KY – Today, the Kentucky Merchants and Amusement Coalition (KY MAC), along with its members, rallied in the Capitol Rotunda in support of legal skill games.  

I recently saw an advertisement by an organization claiming to be working against illegal gambling in Kentucky. In this ad, the organization refers to small businesses that operate skill games as predators and suggests that we are affiliated with organized crime and violence.
