Pace-O-Matic, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the RouteBoost website available at pomvelocity.com (the “Site”), and offers the RouteBoost mobile application (the “App,” and together with the Site, our "Service").

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information that we may collect or you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use our Service. This Privacy Policy also informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We are headquartered in the United States and currently our Service are only intended for individuals located in the United States. Any user can request the removal of their personal data from our servers by submitting a request via the contact information listed below. We will remove your data as soon as is reasonably possible based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law.

If you receive any promotional e-mail communication from us, you will be given the option to “unsubscribe” from receiving further e-mail communications from us at any time. Your option not to receive promotional and marketing material will not preclude us from corresponding with you, by email or otherwise, regarding your existing or past business relationships with us, and will not preclude us from accessing and viewing your personal information in the course of maintaining and improving our Service.
 
If you do not want to receive push notifications from us, you may opt out of receiving these when you first launch the App or at a later stage by using the settings on your mobile device.

If you do not want to share your device’s location with the App, you may opt out when you first launch the App or at a later stage by using the settings on your mobile device.

If you do not want to share your camera information with the App (to facilitate a QR code scan), then you may opt out when you first launch the app or at a later stage by using the settings on your mobile device.

If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of the Site.
